Bruce J. Ressler
Bruce J. Ressler has almost 40 years of trial experience in personal injury, commercial and other complex, high value civil litigation. He has handled all types of such cases, including medical malpractice, products liability, legal malpractice, consumer fraud, commercial torts, motor vehicle and construction accidents and class action litigation, representing hundreds of plaintiffs throughout the United States. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Ressler is a member of the American Association of Justice, a past member of the Board of Trustees of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and lectures extensively on civil litigation topics.
He received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1972, a J.D. from the University of Miami Law School in 1976, a Fellowship from the Fletcher School of Law in 1977, and an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law in 1979. He has a broad expertise in complex civil litigation, extensive jury trial experience and a track record of multi-million dollar recoveries in a wide range of cases.
