Evan F. Bane


Evan F. Bane’s practice is dedicated to fighting for victims of medical malpractice, construction accidents, nursing home neglect, defective products, and motor vehicle accidents. As a litigator, Mr. Bane handles each case from inception through trial, with the ultimate goal being maximum compensation for each of his clients.

Mr. Bane is a member of the Bar in both New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Bane received his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2015, where he was a Staff Editor of the Law Review and an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Association. Mr. Bane also received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School in 2016. Prior to law school, Mr. Bane received his B.A., cum laude, from Temple University. Mr. Bane is the 2015 recipient of the Alfred L. Rose Award, the highest award given to students at New York Law School for outstanding legal ability, character, and potential for leadership in the legal profession. He is also the 2014 recipient of the Best Team, Best Brief, and Best Oralist award from the New York City Bar Association’s Regional Moot Court Competition.

He is a member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
